2018 Public Education Symposium Student Entertainment

Students from three OPSBA member boards performed in front of hundreds of trustees at the 2018 Public Education Symposium on January 26, 2018, in Toronto. The incredibly talented students included:

Limestone DSB – This group performed as part of a sampling of the Limestone Learning Foundation’s Canadian Crystal concert.

The June 2017 Canadian Crystal was an extraordinary and memorable evening set against the backdrop of Canada’s 150th. From the moment guests arrived at Kingston’s Isabel Bader Centre they were treated to creative décor, student art exhibits and delicious canapés inspired by Canada. The highlight of the evening was Oh, Canada! – a multi-media concert, featuring original music and other Canadian classics, performed by Limestone DSB students, and mentored by a group of professional musicians.

The Canadian Crystal Online Auction raised more than $33,000 for the Limestone Learning Foundation.
